100% Rebate for Expanded License

Try it out first. The full cost of the original license (and update option, if purchased) will be subtracted from the cost of any expanded license purchased within 6 months from the purchase date of the prior, lesser user license. For example, if you upgrade within 6 months from a Single User to a Three User License, a discount of $495 will be subtracted from the cost of the expanded license. This discount applies to any upgrade. You can take advantage of the 100% Rebate Upgrade to evaluate PK Solutions 2.0 as a single user prior to purchasing an expanded user license that includes yourself and additional users in your department or organization.

Individual Student Discount

Save $75. The individual student discount for a Single User License is 15% (total cost $420.75). This discount applies to current undergraduate, graduate, and postdoctoral students. Proof of student status required. Note - this discount is available only on an individual basis, and differs from the class-wide discount described in the Academic Courseware Plan.

Academic Courseware Plan

A special program offering up to 80% savings to students and a 25% savings for a
department Site/Network license is available when PK Solutions is required on a

Tailor User License Options to Economically Match Your Needs

Select and buy User Licenses that most economically meet your current and future needs. For example, a laboratory with a large scientific staff working on ADME/PK studies may find one-time purchase of a perpetual Department or Network License, with no annual fees and unlimited use, the most economical solution to its PK data analysis needs. A smaller laboratory with 10-15 scientists needing access to the ease and power of PK Solutions could start with a Single User License to evaluate the program and then expand to a multiple of Three User Licenses to meet their needs. In this case, the cost savings are in buying only the user license that fits your need that also has no annual or recurring fees, and allows for exchange of one user for another as the work-staff changes.

Note also, that if you expand a Single User or Three-User License to a greater user license level within six months of purchase, you receive a 100% discount of the cost of the prior license.

OS and Software Requirements

In general, PK Solutions will run on any computer that runs Microsoft Excel™. For Windows, this includes Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP/Vista/ Windows 7 and all versions of Excel from Excel 5 to 2007. For Macintosh systems 7.0 through 10.x, PK Solutions will work in Excel for Macintosh versions 2000 and 2004. Mac Office/Excel 2008 does not include the VBA code needed to run PK Solutions. However, Mac Office/Excel 2004 can be installed on the same Mac to run side-by-side with Mac Office/Excel 2008 enabling the operation of Office/Excel files containing VBA macros, including PK Solutions, on the same computer. Linux systems that have Windows Excel (ver. 5 to 2007) installed can run PK Solutions.

Credit Card Purchases   

Credit card purchases can be done by telephone, email, fax, or mail. Cards accepted include Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discovery, and Dinners Club International. For mail, email, or fax orders, print and fill out the PK Solutions Software Order Form (see below). Mail or fax this form to Summit Research Services. Alternately, telephone us at 970-249-1389 and we will take your order and credit card information over the phone.

Credit card orders are shipped the same day. Contact us regarding special needs or other arrangements.

Purchase Orders

We accept Purchase Orders from most institutions. International Purchase Orders must be accompanied with payment prior to shipping. You can send your Purchase Order by mail, email, or fax (970-249-1360).

Wire Transfers

Contact us by phone (970-249-1389), fax (970-249-1360), email, or through our Contact page and we will email you the bank and account numbers to use. Include a $10 wire transfer fee with your payment. Please instruct your issuing bank to charge their transfer fees to your account. Otherwise, please add this charge to your payment.

Proforma Invoices

If you or your institution requires a proforma invoice, we are happy to provide one. Please follow these steps:

• Obtain a PK Solutions Software Order Form (see below).
• Request a proforma invoice by contacting us by phone (970-249-1389), fax (970-249-1360), email or through our Contact page. You can also view and print our proforma invoice. Include the order and billing information on the invoice with your request.
• We will email or fax you a proforma invoice completed with the information you provide.

Do You Need PK Solutions Immediately?

If you need PK Solutions immediately, we can send it to you as an email attachment. You can place your order online. Or, you can call us at 970-249-1389 or e-mail us with your credit card information and we will send you the software files and a pdf file of the PK Solutions User Guide by return email. We will also ship your software package within 24 hours of your order.

We can also email the software for domestic (USA) Purchase Orders once the PO has been received by email or fax 970-249-1360.

License Agreements

The Single User (Individual) License agreement allows only the registered user to use PK Solutions. This is a typical and common software agreement. If another individual in your organization wishes to make use of PK Solutions, then you need to obtain a Three User or Limited Site license.
